1. Booking Conditions ( for accomodation, airport transfers, car rental, daily excursions )
lovetour.com.tr acts as booking agent on behalf of all the hotels, apartments and villas featured on this website and your contract will be made with these accommodation providers. Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully.

2. Your Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend you to arrange adequate holiday insurance. We recommend that insurance should cover the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to the UK in the event of an accident or illness.

3. Your Contract with accommodation featured on this website
Please note that when you book accomodation through lovetour.com.tr, it only contains hotel accomodation, and nothing else such as flight tickets or airport transfers.If you require flight tickets or airport transfers you have to contact to one of our agents through lovetour.com.tr.When you book accommodation, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of your booking and it is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation. The contract is subject to these booking conditions. All booking conditions will apply including cancellation charges. Once the contract is made, the accommodation provider is responsible to you to provide you with what you have booked and you are responsible to pay for it, in each case subject to these booking conditions, and any other terms and conditions specific to the relevant accommodation. Please note: It is important to check carefully the details of your booking, when you receive it. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation charges, which may be as much as the whole accommodation cost. In parties of two or more people, the person who makes the booking, accepts responsibility for making all payments to us for all members of the party. We will send all vouchers and other information to that person who will in turn be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed. Should you wish to make an amendment or cancel your booking, we must receive confirmation by e-mail. We will only accept confirmation from the person that makes the original booking. If you are aged under 18 on the date of departure and your parents or guardians are not travelling with you, they must write to us with their written consent.

4. Payments
a) When you make a reservation through lovetour.com.tr, you have to give your credit card details as well.We assure you that we wont deduct any money from your credit card at first and we will keep your credit card details secured.After you make a reservation, one of our agents will attend your request and see the availability.According to the availability, we will send you confirmation mail which also mentions that we have deducted the cost indicated during the booking process.If we can not confirm your booking for any reason, we will send you an email which mentions that your booking is not confirmed and we will let you know that we havent deducted any money from your credit card. By agreeing to these booking conditions, you consent to this procedure.
b) Payment may be made by any major credit or debit card. We use sophisticated technology to secure your credit card details. Please note: Your booking may be cancelled, if you fail to make payment on time and you would then be liable to pay the accommodation provider the cancellation charges set out below. Payment for incidental extras (e.g. mini bars, telephone charges, etc.) has to be made directly to the accommodation provider, when you check out.

5. If you wish to make changes to your accommodation booking
If you want to change any details of your booking, after we have sent your confirmation, we will do our best to help. However; the accommodation provider has no obligation to make any change, although it will permit you or any member of your party who is prevented from travelling to transfer the booking to someone else, provided you give us reasonable notice of the transfer (see conditions below). You must confirm any change by e-mail. If the accommodation provider is able to make the change, there will be a lovetour.com.tr administration charge of 10 in addition to potential charges from the accommodation provider, subject to their terms and conditions.If you change the number of people booked, the accommodation price will be re-calculated for the new party size. If for example your party is reduced in number, this may mean that accommodation is under-occupied and each of the remainder of your party may have to pay more. If you wish to make any change to your booking while on holiday (e.g. upgrading accommodation or extending your stay), all requests are subject to availability and any extra cost must be paid immediately.

6. Special Requests
If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example dietary requirements, cots or room location) please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the relevant accommodation provider, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that they will be met. Further if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.

7. If you cancel your Hotel Booking
The accommodation provider starts to incur costs for your booking from the time it is confirmed. If you cancel your booking in the release days than we will charge from you 3 days no show, if you cancel your booking out of release days period there is no charge.

8. our responsibility to you for your Booking
Because we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the accommodation arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.

9. Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact our representative in the resort. We have representatives in most of our resorts and if the issue still cannot be resolved then you should contact our main office staff on 0090 256 813 33 71 from the resort. We will act as an intermediary to try and rectify the problem. In the event that we are unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.

10. Indemnity
When you book accommodation through lovetour.com.tr, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate (before or after departure) your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, the accommodation owner shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may occur as a result of us terminating your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against the accommodation owner. Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.

11. Room Allocation
After registration, on arrival at your accommodation, you will be allocated a room. Please note: when travelling on flights departing the UK after midnight, your room will be reserved from the previous day. You must therefore, normally check out of your room by 12 noon on the day before a night flight home or on the departure for an evening flight.

12. Airport Transfers
When you make a reservation for airport transfers, you also have to give all your credit card details.We assure you that all the information will be kept secured in our system and we wont take any money from your credit card untill we send you the confirmation email.After booking you will be sent your booking details by our system automatically and be informed that this email is NOT the confirmation of booking.One of our agents will attend your request and he/she will send you a confirmation mail in which it is mentioned that we have taken the money from your credit card for the cost mentioned during the booking process. It is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence. If you book your transfer at the same day with your departure from home, you have to give a call at the office before booking for the availability. By agreeing to these booking condition, you consent to this procedure.On your arrival you and your party will be met by one of our transfer reps or drivers who will be holding LOVETOUR board.Be informed that those who want to book airport transfers from any airports to/from Akbuk have to book private(vp) transfer.Passengers are responsible for any change of reservation,flight number,flight time,travel date etc. and notice must be given to Love Tour at least 24 hours prior to travel.

13. Car Rental
When you want to rent a car through lovetour.com.tr, you have to fill in all the information spaces for your reservation with your credit card details.We assure you that all these credit card details will be kept secured in our system.After you send the details one of our agents will attend your request and see the availability.According to the availability, he/she will send you an email in which it is mentioned that your request has been confirmed ot not.If it has been confirmed, it will also be mentioned that we have received the cost indicated during the booking process from your credit card.It is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence.By agreeing to these booking condition, you consent to this procedure.For any promotional offer,if the rentor has to cancel the booking for any reason he/she loses the money paid.Norefund policy is valid.Rentor has to pay what quoted during the booking process.If rentor makes any mistake related to dates,times,type of the car and payment while booking a car,Love Tour is not responsible for this but the rentor. If you want to extend the duration of rental for more days, you have to let the office know about it at least one day before.

14. Daily Excursions
When you book an excursion through lovetour.com.tr, you have to fill in the form and all your credit card details.We assure you that all these credit card details will be kept secured in our system.While filling in the form completely, you have to write down the dates of the excursion you want to go as well.After you submit the form, one of our agents will attend your request and see the availability for the excursion you want to go.If it is available and there are enough seats for your party, he/she will send you a confirmation mail in which it is mentioned that your reservation has been confirmed and we have received the cost indicated during the booking process from your credit card. If it is not available , you will be sent an email in which it is mentioned that your request has not been confirmed and we have not received any money from your credit card.It is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence.By agreeing to these booking condition, you consent to this procedure. You also have to call or pop in our main office at least one day prior to the day of excursion so that we can let you know at what time you will be picked up.
